The Manly Eagles Baseball Club is currently seeking expressions of interest for the positions  of Second Grade, Third Grade and under 18s Head Coaches and Assistant coaches for the upcoming 26-27 season in the NSW Baseball State League competition.
With a strong tradition of excellence and a proud history, including our 75th season
milestone this past season, the Manly Eagles are committed to player development, high
performance, and fostering an inclusive, positive, competitive culture both on and off the
field. We are looking for experienced and motivated coaches to lead our teams and
contribute to the ongoing success of our club.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the teams in training, game preparation, and in-season performance
● Contribute to the development and implementation of the club’s strategic plans to
enhance player performance and team success
● Work collaboratively with the Club Coach, other grade coaches and club leadership
to promote discipline, teamwork, player growth, club values, sportsmanship whilst
building a strong club culture.
● Support the development of emerging talent through integration with our junior and
development programs
● Manage team selection, positions, and game strategy
● Ensure player safety and adherence to club policies
● Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club officials
Essential requirements:
● Baseball NSW/ Baseball Australia Coaching Accreditation Level B (or willingness to
obtain)
● Demonstrated coaching experience at a high level (Junior Representative, State
League or equivalent).
● Holds a current working with Children Check
● Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
